Our proposed return window
We propose accepting return requests within 30 days of delivery. This is a draft for review before orders open, not a finalized trading policy.
Condition and proof of purchase
Returned items should be unused, clean, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This proposed voluntary return condition does not limit mandatory rights for faulty, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming goods.
Start with a note
Request a return at hello@dachsandhound.com before sending anything. Include your order reference, item, and reason. We will provide confirmed instructions and the return address; no return address is currently published.
Postage and fees
Customer return postage is proposed for a change of mind. Dachs & Hound would cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods, subject to applicable law and agreed instructions. No restocking fee is proposed.
After your return
Items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds would be made to the original payment method. Please see the Refunds draft for the proposed processing window. None of these conditions exclude your mandatory consumer rights.
